These terms apply to your use of the btventurepartners.com website and to the marketing services provided by BT Venture Partners LLC. By using our site or hiring us, you agree to these terms.
What we do
BT Venture Partners provides done for you local marketing services, which may include website design and build, Google Business Profile and Maps optimization, and paid advertising on platforms such as Google, Facebook, and Instagram. The specific work is agreed with each client.
No guarantee of specific results
We work hard to grow your business and we design every campaign to earn a strong return. That said, marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, budget, pricing, and how you handle the leads we send. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, sales, rankings, or revenue.
Fees and cancellation
Fees are agreed before work begins. Engagements are month to month, with no long term contract, and you can cancel anytime. Advertising budgets are set and paid by you and are separate from our fees.
What you own
You own your website, your Google Business Profile, and your advertising accounts. If we stop working together, you keep the assets we built for you.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and any content, photos, or access we need to do the work.
- Make sure your advertising and business claims are truthful and comply with the law.
- Follow the terms of any third party platform we use on your behalf.
Third party platforms
Our services rely on third party platforms such as Google, Meta, and Calendly, which have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes those platforms make.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, BT Venture Partners is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the month in which the claim arose.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
