Shopper lists and visitor ID

Shopper lists and visitor ID for auto dealers and home services

Most people who visit your site leave without calling or filling out a form. This is the data side of what we do: lists of local people who've recently shown interest in what you sell, and a visitor ID pixel that can match some of your anonymous visitors to contact info. We'll be straight with you: results vary a lot.

Shopper lists

Every week we can pull a list of people near you who've recently searched for vehicles or services like yours. For a dealer that might be folks shopping for a diesel truck. For a home service business it might be homeowners looking into a new roof or a new AC unit.

Your team gets names to follow up with instead of waiting for the phone to ring. How big the list is and how good it is depends on your area and what you sell, so we'll show you a real sample before you commit to anything.

Visitor ID pixel

The pixel is a small piece of code on your website. When someone visits and doesn't fill out a form, it can sometimes match that visitor to contact info through our data partners. Sometimes is the key word. Plenty of visitors won't match, and the share that does changes from site to site.

We won't quote you a match rate we can't back up. We'd rather put it on your site, let it run, and show you what it really pulls.

Doing it the right way

  • A clear disclosure. Your privacy policy needs to say you use this kind of tool. We'll help you write it.
  • Following the rules on outreach. Calls, texts, and emails to people on a list have rules, like honoring do not call lists and opt outs. We'll walk your team through them.
  • Your state's laws. Privacy laws are different from state to state and keep changing. We're not lawyers, so check with yours if you're unsure.
  • No promises we can't keep. Data is a tool for follow up, not a guarantee of sales.

Who it's for

Auto dealers with a BDC or a sales team that can work a list, and home service businesses that get plenty of traffic but not enough calls. It's an add on to either plan.

It works best on top of the basics. A strong Google Business Profile and a website with AI chat bring in the traffic, and this helps you follow up with the ones who looked and left.

How many of my visitors will it identify?

It varies a lot by site, traffic, and area, and plenty of visitors won't match. We won't promise a number. We'll show you what it pulls on your own site.

Is this legal?

These tools are regulated, and the rules depend on your state and how you use the data. You'll need a clear disclosure in your privacy policy, and your team needs to follow the rules on calls, texts, and email. We'll help with the disclosure, but we're not lawyers, so check with yours if you have questions.

Where does the data come from?

From third party data partners who collect buying signals and match them to contact info. We'll explain how it works for your area on the call.

Is this only for car dealers?

No. Dealers are a natural fit, but home service businesses like roofing, HVAC, solar, and remodeling can use it too.
